- Handbags, Mobile Bags, Wallets, Coin Bags and Bracelets may be returned within 3 days of your delivery date. Fragrant candles are non-returnable and candle sales are final.
- Returned merchandise must be unused and returned in perfect condition in the original packaging to ensure full refund.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be made within 7-10 days after product has been returned.
- All shipping charges and insurance on returns must be prepaid by the customer and shipped via the carrier of your choice. Please ensure you are able to track your return as we cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive.
- Before returning any item you must call Customer Service at 1-866-859-4271 to obtain authorization. Failure to do so will result in the return merchandise being refused.
- Merchandise being returned must have been purchased via the web site. Purchases through retail stores must be returned to the store in which the item was purchased.
Damaged Merchandise
- Damaged merchandise must be reported within 2 days of your delivery date.

- Damaged merchandise not reported within 2 days of delivery date may not be returned.
